How it works?
Simply get in touch with me via the contact form and provide as much information as possible regarding the piece you would like. And if you’re not too sure about the specifics or if it is slightly different to the standard styles mentioned below then don’t worry, I can help provide ideas & input.
Standard materials & styles I work with:
Inks & Acrylics on canvas,
Inks, Watercolour, Gouache & gold leaf on various types of paper including the traditional Ahar paper for Arabic Calligraphy,
Ceramics,
Parquetry – Wood Veneers & Inlay,
Digital designs in vector format
Scripts: Thuluth, Naskh, Nastaliq, Square Kufic
Geometric & Arabesque patterns / designs can also be incorporated if required.
– Price: The price of a commission would be determined by the style, size, design and finish of the piece you would like and can be provided once the details are set.
A 50% upfront cost will be required prior to starting the commission and the remainder to be paid once it is complete, before being dispatched.
– Timeline: The turnaround time would vary based on the style of finish you are looking for as well as waiting list. I can provide you with an accurate timescale once you get in touch with me and discuss the details.
– Guarantee: All commissions are done under contract with a basic 50-50 payment structure. The Artist retains all rights over reproduction & exhibitions unless agreed otherwise.
